I quickly searched Joe's General Store. I did not find any sausage stuffing equipment, either manual or powered. He may have some, and will probably let you know.

This site" http://www.sausage-stuffer.com/sausage_stuffers.htm
A friend of mine has The Smoke House in Oakdale, Louisiana. They make and smoke sausages all day, and also stuffed pork chops. He uses 2 or 3 of the 15 lb models, along with extra cylinders.

I am certain other folks have favorite brands and vendors. There may be used ones or discounted pricing on eBay or elsewhere.

I hope this helps.
