seafood sticks

Hi, haven't visited for a while since relocating in the Philippines (now retired) I find myself with a lot of time on my hands and have been an avid sausage maker for most of my life I am now experimenting on crab sticks or imitation seafood. I have most ingredients ( TVP, powered egg white, starch and fish protein etc.) but I don't have a formulation can someone point me to a web site or have a recipe that I can adapt. For the BBQ minded people try this recipe for tomato relish:

Mum's Tomato Relish
Ingredients
4lbs tomatoes
9 medium onions
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon mustard
2lbs sugar
2 handfuls salt
5 tablespoons plain flour
2 cups brown vinegar

Method
Cut up tomatoes and onions in separate bowls, sprinkle with salt and stand for 12 hours. Drain off liquid. Put together in bowl with vinegar.
(reserve some vinegar for thickening-mix flour, curry powder, and mustard with enough vinegar to make a thick paste)

Boil tomatoes sugar onions with vinegar for 45 minutes (3/4 hr). Take off heat then add thickening. Put back on stove and cook for 15 minutes.

Spoon into sterilised jars and store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate when opened.
Note: use less sugar for a tart relish or put through the blender for a great tomato sauce.
