Can't help with the other ingredients, but I ran into an auction on ebay that showed a bunch of old spice boxes from the '50s, some full, for sale. One was Schilling Chili Tepines, which apparently you used to buy at the grocery store but now are proving hard to track down (I need some for chili and have just used up the last of my mother's stash). It's hard to read the amount in ounces, but the box says 24.? grams (possibly .8?) -- and maybe 7/8ths oz.?

I don't think that's going to hotlink, I think you will have to cut and paste the link into your web brower's address bar.

For the others, have you thought about looking at old newspaper ads? Our public library microfilms the entire paper, including the ad flyer inserts. Usually the current grocery store ads include sizes in the advertising, I don't imagine that has changed, especially for things that came in multiple sizes, like ketchup.
