In Response To: It's pretty hard to match a memory... (Joe Ames)

Joe,

Thanks for sending out my first order so promptly. I enjoyed looking over the "Great Sausage Making..." book and had fun with your Sausage Making Starter Kit.

I made 5 lbs. each of Italian and Polish using your mixes for a Family Picnic today. The sausage got good reviews(I used plenty of fat this time).

I do have one question, though. I can't quite figure-out how to use that small funnel that's included in the Kit? I tried using it for the little bit of meat mixture that was left after my regular stuffing procedure.

Thanks for the pen. It comes in handy in the work area.
