After I have seperated 6 or 8 casings from the bunch, one per bowl of water, the problem starts when I flush out the inside. The little 1" long natural strings that keep the guts in place while the hog is still useing them, seem to get tangled and choke off the water flow. These dang little strings are strong and sometimes have to be cut in order to open up the flow.
Is there a trick to keep them from getting tangled and what is the proper name for those natural attachment strands?
