Hi and thanks,
I make pickled pigs feet every so often, however seems like I'm the only one around here that will eat them,The very idea of eating feet tends to discourage my friends from even trying them. Liking to share the unique taste, I would like to do some hocks, should they be cooked first as the feet? or do they pickle them from fresh? Plus, Any good recipe would be greatly appreciated.
