Hello there!The local butcher makes such awesome garlic sticks,they are a semi dry sausage(ready to eat) that are lightly smoked.The only info I can get out of him is that he uses 50% beef or moose and 50%pork.If anyone has a recipe for this kind of sausage I would be so grateful if you would share it with me!Thank you for your time!
