Does anyone have a recipe for Irish bacon, which I miss, and cant stand this narrow sliced bacon full of fat and only sreaks of meat, instead of a rasher of bacon. I had a recipe which called for a Boston butt rubbed in Tender Quick, which I have lost, so cant remember the proportions, or length of time to cure. Thank you I would appreciate any help.
