Thanks Joe, Web site for the cookshack.com is still down. Went at it again with boned boston butts. Cured the same way but instead of 4 & 1/2 days, I went 7 days. Also used hickory instead of apple for smoke! WOW, smells like bacon & tastes like bacon instead of 'hamcon' hahaha. Thanks, Tom.
