I hope you might be able to give me some insight on this issue. I am acutally doing a project where i am testing the effects on meat after it has been left out. I am also going to freeze it and refreeze it to see what effects it has on the meat. What would be some of the signs that the meat is going bad and how could i test it with out killing myself. Could leaving it out have any possible good effects do you think. Why wouldnt you want to refreeze it again. Anything you could tell me would be great.
