New board looks great. Congrats.
Although not exactly sausage making, do you have any recipes that can basically be mixed & seasoned in the frying pan? We don't have access to Chorizo, fresh Polish sausage, etc. around here, and I sure miss the tastes. I don't have stuffing equipment and don't mind "loose" sausage. Thanks.
