Hi Joe, a quick quetion for you. What's the propper amt of MSG to use in sausage? I know it's an optional ingredient but when used in the recipes the amts are kind of vauge. One said 30 grams per 100# and well that sure don't seem like enough. Please give your response in oz. or gr.
