Box Smoker

Plywood or sheet-metal cover, Raise edge for draft or use holes in the
cover.
2.
Something to confine smoke:
a. Cardboard box
b. Wood box
c. Old refrigerator
d. Barrel
3.
Screen or rack for fish or meat. There are alternates:
a. Rods thru side of smoker
b. Hooks from cover
4.
Ditch in ground to lead smoke into smoker.
Must be covered and may vary from 2’ to 1O’
in
length.
5.
Fire Pit—partially covered to direct smoke thru tunnel.
