The blend that Doctors recommend
A tasty blend of Oat bran (Soluble Fiber) and Wheat Bran (Insoluble
fiber).
1/4 cup of this blend daily will provide you with the minimum daily
requirements (25 grams) of Fiber.
TEN STEPS TO
A BRAN-NEW HEALTH PLAN
1. Use bran to lower cholesterol and prevent and treat serious
disease.
2. Start with one teaspoon of bran a day.
3. Use bran in one food in one meal at least once every day.
4. Drink more water.
5. Continue to eat fruits and vegetables as well.
6. Take time to adjust your system to bran.
7. Add bran to both home-cooked food and packaged food.
8. Use bran to control weight and provide energy.
9. Buy bran in bulk form to save money.
10. Take all of the things that you like to eat and make them
"bran-new"!
Try this recipe each morning--
 | Mix together -
1/4 cup of Hi Fiber Blend
1/4 cup of Water
1 tsp or more or less of your favorite seasoning, such as
"Taco".

 | Add 2 Eggs
Mix until well scrambled.

 | Add enough frying oil (We used Olive), to a frying pan. and allow
it to get very hot.

 | Pour in the Above mixture, and scramble as you would scrambled
eggs.
|
 | Makes enough for a healthy hearty breakfast.
|
Add Hi Fiber Blend to meat loaves, chili, use it as a
breading, it’s very versatile..
