Joe's Special Breakfast Sausage Seasoning

A unique seasoning mix . . .you control the salt in your product.
Along with our secret spice combination, added soy protein concentrate and
state-of-the-art sodium phosphates provide a finished product with much less
shrinkage, which keeps those succulent meat juices in the sausage where
they belong.
Use this versatile seasoning mix in links or patties. With pork,
poultry, or the meat of your choice.

DIRECTIONS:
For every pound of chilled ground meat -
 |
Place 1/4 cup of cold water into an appropriate mixing
bowl. |

Add 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt |
 |
and 2 1/2 to 4
level Tablespoons of the mix. |
 |
Stir until well mixed and no dry lumps are visible. |
 |
Add the meat and mix very well until the seasonings
have been thoroughly distributed in the meat. |
 |
Eight ounces of Special Breakfast Sausage Seasoning
(No Salt), will make over ten pounds of tasty breakfast sausage. |
Best if refrigerated overnight for full flavor
development.
Contains:
Dextrose, Spices (Sage, Black Pepper, Mace, Coriander, Cardamom,
Marjoram, Red Pepper.), Soy Protein Concentrate, Sodium Phosphates, Mono
Sodium Glutamate.
