I've ever read. Over 230 pages of highly
informative and very pleasurable reading.
I was so impressed with the unique approach by the author for using
spices and flavors that I couldn't wait to share it.
Very few spice books are as informative and well written as this one.
In my opinion, this is a great reference for both the novice as well as
more experienced cooks and bakers.
Each page will provide you with a clear description of the flavors,
their use, as well as compatibility with other flavors.
The pages of this book are so full of great information, that you will
find yourself referring to them over and over.
