Hi there,

Just wanted to mention what I use the stuff for. :)

It's excellent as a glaze on pork ribs. Season ribs, (my choices are: Season-all or Tony's, Onion powder, Garlic Powder) put on grill or in oven, during final minutes on the grill or 30 minutes in the oven, slather the jalepeno jelly on there for a sweet and spicey glaze. Yum! (it's easier if the jelly is heated a bit or perhaps not so jelled)
