This is my 3rd attempt at writing to you...keep loosing my connection. I am having a great time with the yogurt. There is a recipe in the fridge draining, as we speak. This one is made with Skim Milk...to cut the fat. It is a little more on the tart side than that made with whole milk & isn't quite a smooth as that made with whole milk. But, it is still good, will probably try baking with it, this week-end; will replace cream cheese, store bought yogurt & sour cream with my home made yogurt. I was born & raised in Detroit until I was a young teen ager then my parents moved to E. Detroit, a suburb of Detroit. I now live in Clinton Twp., Michigan, another suburb of Detroit. I am 66 yrs old, divorced for 36 yrs. Boy, will never try marriage again, too many men have bad habits & I happened to run into 2 of them. Love to cook & bake but don't do as much as I used to, I'm the only one to eat it. Quite often will cut recipes in half & then still have to put some on the fridge. Thanks again for writing.
