I have made the same yoghurt cheese for a while now using skim milk powder, tastes the same but cheaper to make. I think the lebanese call it labne or labhne (pronounced lub-na). I was shown how to make it by a Lebanese friend and then how to make it with the skim milk by another lebanese friend. They salt the outside of the straining cloth to draw moisture out more quickly. What I'm interested in finding out is the amount of fat per serving, if anyone knows can they email me please,
