In Response To: Gluten free breads (Rhonda E)
I refer all of you who make or bake products at home to read 'The NutriBase Guide to Fat and Fiber by Dr. Art Ulene. I found my copy at a book store.
FAT is found in beans and oils.
I use Grape Seed oil or Canola. Olive oil makes me deathly ill.
In Utah I purchase about a half gallon bottle at the European Grocery store for a bit over $7.00
In California I bought it at Trader Joes. A smaller jar, yet not pricy.
Thanks for the gluten free flour ingredients.
I am 83 and still cooking from scratch.
God Bless you all. Louise B. Finley
