Food Dehydrator Recipes

I have just become a new owner of a "slightly used" American Harvest Snackmaster Dehydrator Model FD50/30 Volts 120, Watts 550. This model has a knob which regulates the heat from 95 - 145. My problem is I didn't get a book with it. Does any one have this model who can tell me a little bit about using it. Your help would be very much appreciated. I especially would like to make some jerky and dried fruit. Thanks. Allie
